Pastor
It is our pastor's desire to preach God’s Word in a way that everyone can understand it. The messages are full of wonderful truths that will help each person as they daily walk with God. The office of the pastor is open for counsel and encouragement.
Worship Services
Our worship services are truly a time to praise the name of our King. We lift up the name of Jesus through music, prayer, and the preaching of God’s word. All are invited to these times of celebration.
Music
The purpose of the music program at Pine Eden is to glorify, worship, and honor Jesus Christ. Our church services are lead by our 30-voice choir as we sing a variety of music including Southern gospel, hymns, and praise and worship.
King’s Kids
Children will enjoy the mystery box at the start of Sunday morning worship. Our pastor will do an object lesson on whatever is in the box. A different child will get to take the box home and bring it back the following week.
Children’s Church
A ministry for children, ages 2-6th grade. They'll learn as they do activities, study God’s Word, and praise Him through worship and song.
Youth
Raising the Bar Youth Ministries. Here at Pine Eden God’s Word is the emphasis of all that we do. We also have a great deal of fun, but this fun always takes place around God’s Word, not in place of it. Our youth ministry is called "Raising the Bar Youth Ministries" because there is an epidemic across our nation of youth pastors watering-down God’s Word. Here we intend to raise the youth ministry bar back to God’s Standard one verse at a time. If your children are Christians, then they need every single verse in the Bible. This is what we desire to teach them. We offer Sunday School, Wednesday night service, lock-ins, youth retreats, mission trips, summer camp, mission activities, visitation, and various events throughout the year. We have a great time at every youth event. Come join us and you will see that you will have a great time of fellowship, as well as a healthy teaching of God’s Holy Word.
Brotherhood
This is a ministry to the widows, orphans, and others who are in need. The Brotherhood also sponsors an annual Mother’s Day breakfast, as well as, a Monthly breakfast (men’s fellowship).
Church-Wide Missions
This ministry provides a study of missions around the world in addition to contributing to Golden State, Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong, and the Mother’s Day Offering for TN Baptist Children’s Homes. Also, this ministry provides a variety of projects to be involved in, such as Operation Christmas Child.
Women on Missions
Welcome to WMU! Ladies 18 years and up will Discover the Joy of Missions! We learn about missions, do missions, pray for and give to missions, develop spiritually toward a mission lifestyle, and participate in the work of the church.
TeamKID
This ministry offers a Discipleship Club for children ages 2-6th grade. TeamKID combines creative Bible study presentations, recreation activities, Bible verse memorization, and application to life.
Children’s Group
This ministry consists of Son Seekers (ages 2-K) and the Faith Followers (Grades 1-6). This ministry provides much fun in the Lord with field trips, parties, and the study of God's Word.
J.O.Y.Group
This is an organized ministry for those Just Older Youth, 55 years of age or older. This ministry offers a monthly “pot luck” fellowship the first Monday of each month and participation in periodic field trips, gospel music concerts, etc.
Jr. JOY Group
This is an organized ministry for ages 25 to 54. They have special planned meetings each month consisting of God's Word, food, fun, and fellowship.
Church-Wide Prayer Group
This group from Pine Eden gathers on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. to pray for the lost, our church, our Country, missionaries, and those who have special needs in their Christian growth, sickness, death, etc.
Lunch Bunch
This is a group from Pine Eden that meets every Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall at church to have lunch and Bible Study.
